ChalkTime is a product of Kristo Designs LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through the ChalkTimer app, the ChalkTime Portal portal, and our websites (the "Services"), and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

• Account information — such as name, email, gym affiliation, and role, when you or your gym creates an account.
• Gym and team data — rosters, schedules, scores, balances, bookings, and documents that gyms add to ChalkTime Portal.
• Usage and device information — app version, device type, and basic activity used to keep the Services working and improve them.
• Push notification tokens — if you enable notifications, so we can deliver gym, team, and fundraising alerts you've opted into.
• Purchases — handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we receive confirmation of a purchase but not your full payment details.

3. How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
• To deliver notifications and updates you've chosen to receive;
• To support gyms in managing their members and events;
• To secure the Services and prevent misuse;
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Push notifications

Notifications are opt-in and controlled by per-category preferences (for example gym news, team news, and fundraising). 6. Children's privacy

Gymnastics programs involve minors. Accounts and information for athletes who are children are created and managed by parents, guardians, or authorized gym administrators, who are responsible for any required consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without appropriate authorization. 7. Data retention
